Catalina was born & raised in Romania before her family moved to PA when she was 17 years old. After graduating high school, she earned her BA & Masters from Temple University in Philadelphia. She has taught Math at many Colleges/Universities in Philly prior to becoming a Realtor. After conducting some real estate transactions of her own and flipping homes for a profit, Catalina realized how crucial curb appeal was for getting top dollar in a home sale. She now applies that knowledge in her real estate career.

Catalina moved to Brevard County, Florida in 2010. Currently, she resides in Viera with her husband & their cats named 'Browny', and 'Cuppi'. Catalina is very familiar with all the local neighborhoods. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cruising, reading, dancing, biking, & time with her family. She proudly supports several local charities, volunteers, tutors & thought math classes at EFSC in Melbourne.
