Suntree

Suntree is a small community of about 20,000 residents who live in one of the earliest of the region's planned communities of about 4,500 homes ranging from cozy townhomes to multimillion-dollar mansions. It is located near the center of the county, off I-95 near Viera between Interstate 95 and the Florida East Coast Railroad. It lies approximately halfway between Rockledge and Melbourne. It is a "little town" centered around the pristine landscaping and lush scenery of the award-winning Gary Player golf course and access to many restaurants, shops, health clubs & gyms, not the mention the quick ride to the beach over Pineda Causeway. It has numerous lakes, and many neighborhood choices, including gated communities, lots of parks and lovely palm tree-lined streets. Suntree has almost 60 communities which are part of Suntree Master Homeowners Association.
